Every day is someday
To someone
Not everyone
Gets to live
Light it up, open the shades
See the sun?
So bright, burns my face
She rides it right
Second stage
We taking flight
Next page
My book of life
Fills quickly
Just as her hips moved that night in the city
My eyes glazed
Smiling with the boys
While looking at the toys
Putting the glass up to my mouth
She turns to me, with a shout
So silent, it was all in her moves
So violent
Had me staring
The room continued
But my mind was incoherent
Somehow we got closer
As everyone seemed to disappear
No one near
The cup never ran low
Only she did
As she dropped down to the floor
Exposing more and more a side of her
I never imagined before
Just smiling
Watching in silence
But that was last week
And today is a new day
A new day with different treats
Beautiful, and a little different for you. Love it.
