when life's not treating you right?

Curse you! Said I to life

I need not your misery nor your undignified glory

This is my life and I shall run it the way I want

Just because you are life, you cannot tell me how to live mine

For death is coming

He is inevitable

I must use up all of you until he comes for me

I am taking charge and you will see

You are not the one to tell me

who I shall I be

I will become who I want

I will do as I want

and nothing can stop me-

just Death himself

But until then,

until he comes

I raise my head

and let not one

not one struggle

make me done

with you,
